A (Re)Introduction of Sorts
Hello. I'm Emorie. Welcome to my brand new site and blog!
You're likely reading this because you were a faithful reader of my blog Oh Whimsical Me (and you were probably very confused when I suddenly was not keeping up with posting there). I've been dreaming up the idea of this site for quite some time, but deciding to leave Oh Whimsical Me was a slightly scary concept. It is a place I grew comfortable with sharing things with you. It is a place that felt safe. But, on the other hand, the old blog had me feeling rather uninspired. I became frustrated and left everything abruptly without hesitation.
Taking time to recollect and reflect on what I wanted was a brilliant decision, even if unconsciously done. After sitting and stewing for months (my last post to OWM was in October!), I knew that starting fresh and starting new was exactly what needed to happen.
The transition to Simply and Fully feels natural and in many ways this space will be very similar to the old blog. You'll find the same personality and character behind each post. You'll still get little glimpses into my everyday life. But you can expect a tailored version — quality over quantity. You will see new topics, better quality posts, more pictures, and more interaction. I am beyond excited to continue to grow and learn and share it all with you along the way!
Most excitingly, with the new site, new look, and new name, you will find everything Simply and Fully here. In one place. I'll be adding in new pages and features slowly, but you can expect Design Services to be offered soon as well as a Shop to download and purchase original typography and art prints!
I'm not leaving everything behind, either. All the old Oh Whimsical Me posts have been imported to the new site and can be accessed through the archives, by searching, and (soon!) through the category links in the sidebar. All content from OWM will soon be redirected to this site.
I want to seriously thank all of you for sticking with me and reading Oh Whimsical Me, through everything. This community is such a great thing to be a part of and I appreciate the time you've taken to support me; by commenting, silently reading, outreaching, partnering, and becoming friends. I hope Simply and Fully will be a place you continue to visit and feel welcome. And if you're a new reader, I'm so thrilled to have you here! I'm so excited for this new journey!
